Fiona is the CEO and founder of Hamilton Ross and leads the business across the region, focusing on supplying high calibre HR candidates to leading businesses within a wide variety of industries.
Fiona has almost 20 years search and recruitment experience, providing elite candidates into leading businesses across the United Kingdom and the Asia Pacific region. She has successfully built businesses in both the UK and in Asia from ground zero.
Fiona has a genuine passion for seeing people grow professionally and has strong relationships in her field, cultivated over many years.
Fiona holds a degree in Business and Finance, achieved whilst working full time in search and recruitment.
Siu is a Director with Hamilton Ross and is experienced in running searches for a variety of leading brands across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
Siu graduated in 2008 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and moved his career into recruitment in 2012. From there he quickly progressed to managing teams and leading the Asia business of a specialist global recruitment company. Siu now helps lead the business at Hamilton Ross.
Born and raised in Australia, Siu has lived and worked in Singapore since 2009.
